I called at 12:30 in the afternoon on a SUNDAY, looking for same day service. I needed to have the all four door locks to my home rekeyed. The owner answered the phone, provided me with a quote and told me he could arrive by 2:30. I was pleased with both the prices and the quick arrival time. As promised, the owner himself showed up on time and in a well-marked company vehicle. He was very friendly and professional. He handed me his card immediately, said hello to my dog, and got right to work. In addition to the work I called him over to complete, he also fixed part of my lock that hadn't been working. Then, without me having to ask, he got rid of the very irritating squeaky noise that my doors make every time they open and close (free of charge). I really appreciated it. The invoice he left was very professional, too; very detailed and legible. Before he left, he informed me of other services he offers, leaving me with a brochure. I will definitely call this contractor again. It is difficult to find GREAT In-Home service providers, today.
I called Majestic Security Lock Service because I needed a locksmith to help open a locked cabinet drawer for which I didn’t have a key. I had just moved into a new house, and the previous owners left me with a locked drawer and no key. I spoke with a nice person at Majestic who was very helpful and honest. He told me that I could actually open the locked drawer myself, despite the fact that I did not have a key, and he provided instructions how to do it. Although he was more than willing to come to my house, he wanted to save me money since I had just moved. How often do you find any professional who will give up a service call fee in order to save the customer money? Well, Majestic is such a place. I was impressed by his honesty and customer care. He put the customer needs over his own. I will be calling Majestic in the future.
I used Majestic Security Lock Services Property Maintenance Handyman to re-key all the locks in the house that I recently bought, a couple of weeks ago. He also does handyman jobs. He also power washed my garage, which had a bad oil spill in it.
He was very good. I spent $175 on the job. I would definitely recommend him. I set up an appointment and he came right out. He took care of everything. He took care of the power washing job as well. He was very reasonable. I would hire him again in the future.
Instead of replacing a whole door lockset he repaired the old one and saved us a lot of money. He is very reasonably priced. He took his time and did a very thorough job.
